Job Description

The sales representative in the field of chemical products for footwear and leather goods is responsible for developing and managing sales, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new customers both nationally and internationally. Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the revenue targets agreed with Management.
    Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities in individual markets or among specific target clients.

  • Customer Relations: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the company’s presence in the market.
    Attend trade fairs, industry events, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
    Technical Support: Collaborate with the technical team to provide customer support.
    Train clients on the correct use of products to ensure optimal results.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis for management.
    Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies based on the results achieved.

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Education: Technical or Business-related education

  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in a sales role.

  • Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel frequently to visit clients and attend industry events.

• Minimal experience as an ICT helpdesk technician.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to interact with users, diagnose problems, analyze them independently and thoroughly, and proceed with resolution.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems.
• Knowledge of the MAC OS environment.
• Management of Windows Active Directory domains and related Group Policies.
