Fenice S.p.A. has complied with Legislative Decree. March 10, 2023 no. 24 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (“Whistleblowing Decree”), which governs the protection of individuals who report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity, of which they have become aware in the context of their work environment.

To this end, the Company has set up an internal reporting channel (“Platform”) and appointed a third party, independent of the Company, (“Whistleblowing Officer”) to process reports with full respect for the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the individuals mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation attached to the report.
